Colleges and institutions are learning to navigate the virtual world caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The ways they deliver information and connect with prospective students are evolving every day. Campuses are joining together to share resources to host information events (like the Claremont Colleges), using an event hosted by large admissions organizations (like NACAC), partnering with a web-based business (like CollegeWeekLive), and creating their virtual resource page (like Rice University).
We strongly encourage you to find the many free resources available by looking at an institution's website, checking our district's high school counseling departments (some may use Google Classroom), and using the resources below.
NACAC Students may attend as many fairs as they wish! Click the date below to see a list of colleges that will share information about their programs, majors, financial aid, and more on each fair date. Additional colleges will be added throughout the spring
Four of these events are smaller Focus Fairs and are especially for students with special interests or residing in specific regions: STEM (Mar. 7), Performing & Visual Arts (Mar. 16), Western US (Apr. 10), Southeastern US (Apr. 20).

BigFuture Days from The College Board
The College Board is hosting four virtual college fairs that are designed for you to have real conversations with hundreds of colleges, admission reps, and current college students without leaving home.

In the fall of 2020, the individual University of California campuses hosted virtual events called, "The UC For You." Events for the fall of 2021 have not been posted at this time.
California Independent/Private Colleges & Universities Campus Week
The Association of Independent California Colleges and Universities (AICCU)held Campus Week from September 21 - 24, 2020. Colleges and universities shared information and guided students to resources. Campuses presented short, live sessions to allow students to learn more about the college or university. Events for the fall of 2021 have not been posted at this time.
National Performing Arts College Fairs
In the fall of 2020, music, dance, and theatre students connected with admission representatives from colleges across the country. The National Performing Arts College Fairs presented by the Music Admissions Roundtable hosted five virtual college fairs open to any prospective undergraduate student. The fairs were hosted via Zoom on 5 different dates and times. The schedule for the fall of 2021 has not been posted. We suggest you go to the site to see what was offered in 2020 and to plan for 2021.
National Portfolio Day
National Portfolio Day is for students thinking of pursuing a post-secondary education in art or design. Whether coming in at the undergrad or graduate level, students will likely have to include a portfolio of work as part of the application. All NPDA member schools are accredited art or design universities and colleges and the events provide students with a unique opportunity to meet one on one with professional representatives. These reps are there for you to ask questions about their programs, and most importantly, get feedback on how to improve your portfolio so it will be a successful part of your application. The schedule for the fall of 2021 has not been posted.
Christian College Fairs - In-person and Virtual
NACCAP (North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals) developed BLUEPRINT as a resource for the Christian community. NACCAP collaborates with hundreds of Christian Universities and Colleges in order to promote Christian higher education. Go to their Virtual Fair page to register for an event. Canadian College and University Virtual Fair
EduCanada Virtual Fairwas held on October 6, 2020. Attendees were able to meet and chat with Canadian colleges and university representatives about the benefits of studying in Canada. Events for the fall of 2021 have not been posted yet.
